Refund policy
We have a 90-day Return & Refund policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the new or slightly used condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ampknee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by customer support via email will not be accepted, as only our issued returns warehouses are equipped with the facilities to handle return inspections.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Size exchanges
We accept size exchanges. In the event that the ordered size does not meet your requirements, we will promptly arrange for the shipment of the appropriate size while you return the incorrectly sized item to our warehouse.

Our size replacement guarantee comes at no extra cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. After having proof of defective or damaged products, we will issue refund or send replacement product, depending what the customer wants.
Restocking
Our restocking fee is intended to cover the costs associated with processing the return refund and restocking the item, up to 15%. These costs may include inspecting, repackaging, processing and placing the item back into inventory.
